EMERGENCY – Failed Inspection Cleaning

FAILED INSPECTION: Sanitizing After Grease Trap Back-up

  • Closed because of a back-up or leak – We will use the proper cleaning procedure to clean and sanitize the areas affected to help you get open.
  • We will provide you with a receipt listing the proper cleaning specs and sanitizing solutions required by the DOH (Department of Health) to have them open your establishment.
  • Floors – Will be swept, scrubbed, extracted and rinsed using proper cleaning and sanitizing solution approved by DOH (Department of Health).
  • Walls – Sanitized using a steam cleaner and/or hand washing using proper cleaning and sanitizing solution approved by DOH (Department of Health).

FAILED INSPECTION: Sanitizing Because of Rodents or Insects

  • When there is food and debris left behind, there will always be something looking to eat.
  • We use the EPA-approved chemicals for sanitizing restaurants to help kill the COVID-19 virus and many other hard-to-kill viruses or bacteria.
  • We use proper cleaning procedure to cleaning and sanitize the areas affected to help you get open.

FAILED INSPECTION: Walk-In Box

  • Interior – Ceiling, floors, walls, handles on doors, hinges on doors and fans cleaned.
  • Sanitized – Using a steam cleaner and/or hand washing using proper cleaning and sanitizing solution approved by DOH (Department of Health).
